Mirage 2000c Interactive Manual

This is the capstone project I did for my diploma, it aims to create a prototype in Adobe XD for a web app manual for the Mirage 2000c French fighter jet for Digital Combat Simulator. This manual is squarely aimed at beginner to intermediate experience levels, with an aim of ease of use over meticulous detail. I chose to do this project because I wanted to work on a UX project with the aim of leveraging the feedback I can get from classmates to design a manual for a new user (not me) and help develop my thought process around empathizing with the end user to create a product.

The Objective

With the complexities of the Mirage 2000c module and DCS, the objective is to create an easy-to-use manual that provides essential guidance for newer to intermediate pilots. The manual can be used by a sim pilot while they have DCS running and need some guidance on a topic in a quick and straightforward manner. The manual will focus on ease of use over details of the content, there are already enough lengthy extensively detailed manuals out there (even more if you know French). The secondary objective is to be able to read the manual on its own to learn about using the module at any time and anywhere due to the nature of being on a mobile device.
