Expression of an Artist

The three pieces challenge the creative side of my illustration process and have me explore not only the ideas behind the themes but new ways to work with the design software. The theme of Self (poster to the right) looks at one major aspect that shaped who I am and how I operate, hence why I want it to be the showpiece. I highlight the reality of referees being a one-man team and how they often are the only ones operating the match, having to manage two teams of 15 players, their coaching staff, and all the fans that come along with it. When things go well for a referee, no one is there to praise them and when something goes wrong, there are no teammates after a game to cheer them up or coaches to help them.
