YYC Bump Mural Interpretation

Titled 8:59 am, the theme for this design focuses on the uncertainty of a brighter future and a desire to stay in place. I wanted to contrast the idea in the Calgary mural I took inspiration from and think about a bright future from another perspective.

The Objective

To take the themes and ideas of a chosen Beltline Urban Murals Project (YYC BUMP) and create a digital design that reflects those themes by using semiotics. In this case, I used New Paradigmby Kerzeka (image below) located at 1338 16 Ave SW, Calgary AB.
